The working principle is to convert circular motion into linear motion. The main motor outputs power to drive the flywheel, which drives the gears, crankshaft (or eccentric gear), connecting rod, etc. through the clutch to achieve the linear motion of the slider. The movement from the main motor to the connecting rod is circular motion. There must be a transition point between the connecting rod and the slider for circular motion and linear motion. There are roughly two types of mechanisms in its design, one is ball-type and the other is pin-type (cylindrical). Through this mechanism, the circular motion is converted into the linear motion of the slider. The punch press applies pressure to the material to make it plastically deform and obtain the required shape and precision. Therefore, a set of molds (divided into upper molds and lower molds) must be used to place the material between them. The machine applies pressure to make it deform. The reaction force caused by the force applied to the material during processing is absorbed by the punch press machine body.
High rigidity and high precision frame, welded with steel plates, heat treated, and the internal stress of the machine body is eliminated to ensure long-term stable operation without deformation.
Stable high precision. The main parts of the equipment, such as crankshafts, gears, and transmission shafts, have high wear resistance after hardening and heat treatment during grinding, and long-term stable performance, ensuring the requirements of high precision and stability.
Reliable and safe operating performance. The reason for convenient operation and accurate positioning is that the clutch/brake combination device is different from the traditional brake, which has high sensitivity, coupled with the double electromagnetic control valve and overload protection device commonly used in international high-end equipment, ensures the accuracy and safety of high-speed movement and stopping of the punch slider.
